During the celebrations for the Day of Knowledge at the Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, certificates of educational bonuses worth $500 were awarded to first-year students who scored the highest competitive scores during the admission campaign.
These 14 bonuses from our Polish partners — the Foundation for Oriental Studies — are not a loan or a traditional scholarship.
This is recognition of the potential of young Ukrainians who, even in the most difficult times, choose to receive an education in Ukraine.
The initiative is a logical continuation of the student support system that the university is developing in cooperation with international partners.
Certificates were received by:
• Nadiya Urbas (Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations, “International Economic Relations”),
• Valentina Salata (Faculty of Tourism, “Hotel and Restaurant Management”),

Special thanks to the founder of the Oriental Studies Foundation, Chairman of the Program Council of the Economic Forum, Zygmunt Berdychovsky, for his constant support of talented youth and partnership with the university.
