Today, June 24, before the start of the Conference of the Labor Collective of the Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University and the meeting of the Academic Council, a solemn awarding ceremony was held for scientific and pedagogical workers and university employees for their significant contribution to the development of education and science, many years of conscientious work and high professionalism.
At the beginning of the event, the participants honored the memory of the Heroes of Ukraine, who gave their lives for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state, with a minute of silence.
University Rector Valentyna Yakubiv and Chairman of the Academic Council Ihor Tsependa presented awards to university employees.

Sofia Fedorchenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Natural Sciences;

The university rector’s honorary diploma was awarded to:
Olga Yemets, associate professor of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Applied Economics, Faculty of Economics.
The university rector’s diplomas were received by:
Mykhailo Osypchuk, professor of the Department of Mathematical and Functional Analysis of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics;
Oleg Chuyko, head of the Department of Design and Art Theory of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Arts;
Veronika Shkrab’yuk, associate professor of the Department of Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychology of the Faculty of Psychology.

Larysa Mishchykha, professor of the Department of General Psychology, Faculty of Psychology;
Roman Pyatkivskyi, a teacher of the highest category of the Separate Structural Unit “Ivano-Frankivsk Professional College of the Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University”.
Halyna Rusyn and Liliana Khimchuk also received a diploma from the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Krosno.
